Several alumni from ��������Ƶ have been nominated for , which recognize excellence in television and streaming programming.

Nominations for the 77th Emmy Awards were announced virtually Tuesday, July 16.

Martin Short, Steve Martin and Selena Gomez in "Only Murders in the Building." ��������Ƶ Drama alumna Tiffany Little Canfield (B.F.A. '00) is nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series for the show.

Michael Brake (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’97) is nominated for outstanding sound editing for a comedy or drama series (half-hour) for his work as music editor on HBO’s “The Righteous Gemstones.” The series, which earned six nominations overall, was created by alumni Danny McBride (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’99), Jody Hill (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’99) and David Gordon Green (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’98).

Ryan Collins (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’07) is nominated for outstanding sound mixing for a drama series (one hour) for his work as re-recording mixer on HBO’s “The White Lotus,” which received 23 nominations this year.

Chris Ellison (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’15) is nominated for outstanding cinematography for a reality program for his work as a camera operator on the CBS series “Survivor.” The series earned four nominations this year.

Charlotte Hayes Harrison (High School Visual Arts ’12) is nominated for outstanding production design for a variety special for her work as art director on NBC’s “SNL50: The Anniversary Special,” which earned 12 nominations overall.

Tiffany Little Canfield (B.F.A. Drama ’00) is nominated for outstanding casting for a comedy series for Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building.” The series received seven nominations overall, including outstanding comedy series. She is also nominated for outstanding casting for a limited or anthology series or movie for Netflix’s “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story,” which earned 11 nominations total.

Anthony Mackie (High School Drama ’97) is nominated for outstanding guest actor in a comedy series for his appearance as himself on Apple TV+’s “The Studio,” which received 23 nominations. It is the third most-nominated program this year.

Katherine LaNasa (High School Dance ’83) is nominated for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series for her performance as Charge Nurse Dana Evans in HBO’s “The Pitt,” which earned multiple nominations this year.

Tanase Popa (B.F.A. Design & Production ’06) is nominated for outstanding limited or anthology series as co-executive producer of Netflix’s “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.”

DeVoe Yates (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’98) is nominated for outstanding music supervision for his work on HBO’s “The Righteous Gemstones.”

Zoë White (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’04) is nominated for outstanding cinematography for a nonfiction program for her work as director of photography on Netflix’s “Will & Harper,” which earned five nominations this year. Fellow alumnus Zach Seivers (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’06) served as sound supervisor on the project.

Craig Zobel (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’99) is nominated for outstanding drama series as an executive producer of HBO’s “The Penguin,” which received 24 nominations, making it the second most-nominated program this year.

In addition, other alumni from multiple disciplines contributed to several Emmy-nominated productions.

Award winners will be revealed during a live broadcast on Sunday, Sept. 14, at 8 p.m. on CBS and Paramount+. FXX will air an edited presentation of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony on Sept. 13 at 8 p.m.
