I. Purpose

This regulation directs employees to the appropriate sources for policies concerning military leave entitlements, notice requirements, etc.; these policies are incorporated by reference.

II. Scope

This regulation applies to all 抖阴短视频 employees (including faculty and other EHRA employees) who otherwise qualify under the provisions of the incorporated policies.

A. Military Leave for Faculty

1. Military leave for 抖阴短视频 Faculty members is governed UNC鈥檚 Faculty Military Leave Policy, UNC Policy 搂 300.2.8, available at .

2. In the event UNC Policy 搂 300.2.8 is silent as to the application of Uniformed Services Employment & Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (鈥淯SERRA鈥) or N.C.G.S. 搂 127A-116, 抖阴短视频 will apply OSP鈥檚 Military Leave Policy. In the event of a conflict between OSP鈥檚 Military Leave Policy and UNC鈥檚 Faculty Military Leave Policy, UNC鈥檚 policy will control.

B. Military Leave for SHRA and non-faculty EHRA employees is governed by OSP鈥檚 Military Leave Policy, available at .

C. 抖阴短视频 will provide a maximum of 15 days of leave under the applicable policies.
